Hey. I've looked on eBay, but so far all the PCI cards with USB ports I've seen are PCI Express or PCIe 2.0.

Anybody got any links to plain PCI USB 3.0 card?

I've got the low-spec June 2004 Power Mac G5. Dual 1.8GHz.

PCI slots specs: 33MHz 64-bit PCI

I'm guessing that USB 3 is probably bottlenecked by the PCI bus at some point, but I'm also guessing that it'll still be much faster than the abysmal USB 2.0 speeds I get. Any comments there?

The more correct answer is that the PCI bus is not fast enough for such a device so there is no point. You would need a 2005 G5 with PCI-E and someone willing to write the drivers. There is no market for such a device.
