Everyone wants an update to iTunes. I know theres more that it could have, but it's so awesome already and iChat sucks so hard. If apple dedicated resources to iChat (along with other iApps) like it does with iTunes, they would greatly improve their iApps. iTunes is by far the best at its current version.

I don't really use many iApps, except iTunes. As it is, I think iTunes is great, anything they update it with wouldn't affect how I use it all that much.

The one iApp that needs the most work is iPhoto - you need to be able to group things better and not have all your images in one single library - especially if you get 1000 or more images, it becomes too top heavy and slows down viewing. So I really hope they clean it up and make it a little faster, then I might start using it more.

yes, the iphoto ugrade is what i want to...i hate how it opens up to ALL your pictures...i've got about 2000 and it takes forever, if it opened to a blank screen with options or something it would be alot better. Besides if i'm showing ppl pictures i don't want it to open up to ALL the pictures so they can see all of them. Its forced me to use i different photo display app

I think iMovie is the most "useful" iApp for me, iTunes is great and possibly the best player out there but it's still just a music player for me, iDVD though and iMovie I actually use for things so hopefully if anything gets an update it will be those two.

My three most used iapps are itunes, iphoto and ichat. I want to see iphoto and ichat updated the most though.

itunes is already a great app, sure AAC and rendezvous will be great but other iApps need attention to make them more useable.

I want to see iphoto updated, its very very slow, and i want nested folders in photo albums. :D.

iChat has a lot of little quirks. Plus i want an option to turn off those annoying text bubbles, just give me a plain old text box. And i want more than one line of the text i'm entering to be visible. ALso i'd like to see AIM talk integrated into it. And when i use the menu drop down to select a buddy, don't open the invite to a chat window, open a private IM window(you'd think that would have been common sense).

For all those iChat users:

Please get adium. Please?

I'd like to see skins in iTunes since that's the only iApp that I use on a daily basis.

Wow, I think iTunes is the most usefull, but it is very good as is,
all I would like to see is AAC conversion, and nobody give me
crap about audio loss, because there wouldn't be much loss of
quality, and I don't really care that much about the quality in the
first place. But the most needed update would have to be iChat.
It is still very beta-ish.

both are done already...
The 1st can bee fixed by the view menu.. There is "show as text" under "show as balloons" in about the middle.. and it also has an option there to go names only.. there. Instant boredom.. :o :)

The second has a 3rd party hack at http://www.unsanity.com/haxies/ape/ Scroll down to "iChat Enhancer" (You need the APE app as well)
