Case with a clip - Defender my only option?

I really want a case for my iPhone5 (yet to be delivered) that also comes with a clip. I don't like the pouch style ones, I want one like the Otterbox Defender. I order a Otterbox Defender and got it yesterday, I'm just concerned about the bad reviews on here about it scratching the phone, plus I don't care for the bulkyness of it. But I really like the clip it comes with.

Aside from the Defender and Seidio cases, do I have any options for a iPhone5 case with a clip? I've been looking through pages and pages on this forum trying to find options, but it seems clips aren't that popular

Why can't CaseMate make a clip for the Tough Extreme?

Anybody know of a clip that fits it? Or any other combo that may not be made for each other, but works together? I know Seidio makes several clips, but I don't know what other non-Seidio cases fit them, if any.
