I found a movement amongst web developers to get people away from IE. On the bottom of a webpage, you can insert a badge that reads, "Too Cool for IE." I put it on my site and you should to. :)

is there a way to get that to work without using css?
There may be a way to do so, but CSS is pretty easy.

Step 1.
Insert: <style type= "text/css"> code </style>
-remember to put the directory of the image where the background image tag is.

Step 2. Insert the html code under the first <body> tag.

Easy as cake.
