I just upgraded yesterday on my 4S from 5.1.1 to 6. My Siri volume is roughly half of what it was on 5.1.1. Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions? I can barely hear it.

First, the not-so-obvious obvious answer...have you checked Siri's volume? It works on its own, independent of the ringer.
Hold the home button, open Siri, adjust accordingly. Hopefully it's something that simple.
