US Store interest offer in the UK too???

Anybody know whether its usual for finance offers on the US Store to eventually appear on other Stores?

The US Store currently has the 'Pay no interest for upto 120 days' offer. If it might be coming to the UK store aswell then I'll hold off buying the new iBook that I was planning on getting in the next couple of weeks.
 
Sometimes Apple do interest free finance deals in the run up to christmas but other than that you may be waiting a long time.
