Better iCal Calendar Print

I want to print out iCal monthly output for a calendar for Church. Have you ever seen iCal's output? It stinks!!! Is there an alternative, one that is hopefully customizable that will work with iCal? I tried to find one on VersionTracker, but I must have missed something.
