There's a music video that I remember and I need to try to find the band or the song title or preferrably both.

The video was like this...

The song was sort electronica like, there's a black man in a suit who break dances on a street. The video is subtitled and it tells the story of how the man is dancing to bring back a lost love. Anyone remember this? Anyone?
