Can't get into 'Notes' App.

I can't get into my Notes App on my iPhone.

I restored from my iTunes Backup on my PC, however, I still cannot get into 'Notes'.


Every time, I press the 'Notes' App, it starts-up for a second - then shuts down on its own.


Tried doing a hard reset.

What else can I do?
