PodWorks (http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/10273) is my fave.

Edit: wow, I must type faster! If you've got the music on your computer you can also drag the music file onto your iPod, plug it into your iBook and drag it off, without the need to import it.

that was easy (with ipod rip).. call me stupid but i was trying to set up a network with my pc using the ethernet cable from my xbox just so i could transfer the music. Why isnt this feature built into iTunes?!?!?

How to use your iPod to move your music to a new computer (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=300173).

And, PLEASE, search before starting a new thread next time. This has been discussed more than once...

Because it would make it too easy to take you iPod to a friend's house and give him or her 20 GB of music in a few minutes.
