Hi all..

In IOS, when a Mail account is setup, you can turn off "Archive messages" so has not to build up on the server (typically in the "All-mail" folder)

However, i can't find a way to NOT have these left on server.

In the mailbox behaviour i see under Trash "Permanently erase deleted messages when...." I then choose "when quitting Mail"

Presumably, this is the equivalent of IOS's Archive Messages set to Off,, but its not good enough, I would want them to be deleted from the Air-mail folder and NOT go into Trash.

Any way to do this ? It works on IOS, just not on Mac,, maybe i'm in the wrong setting ?
