fascinating article on what's going on legally in the digital content copyright wars. new laws could make it illegal to manufacture the very hw/sw apple is making now.


this is all, of course, driven by money. content creators want to charge for every viewing of their content, while donation-seeking politicians pass the laws that make this possible

Interesting article. Given the possible ramifications of this, I'm surprised that we don't have a lively discussion going about this topic already.
