I installed a few app updates the other day, however one of them has made changes for the worse.

I can't find the appropriate app version anywhere online. It's a free app - "MyFreeCarCheck".

Just wondering if there's a way of rolling back this solitary app without affecting anything else?

I'm pretty sure when you update the app, itunes throws the old one (the .ipa file) into the trash. If you haven't emptied the trash, you can pull out the old version out and restore it that way, otherwise go back in time in your itunes iPhone backups and then work your way forward on the other app upgrades.
