I bought a new ipod touch 5 last week, and yesterday it stopped working yesterday. It seems that the battery refuses to charge - I just got the "battery empty" icon when plugging it in. Anyway, I was able to get it replaced with a new one at the Apple store, but I was just wondering if anyone else had gotten one with this issue, and if it is widespread.

I received an iPod Touch 5g that randomly shut down requiring multiple restores until finally I had to take it in to get a new one. Not happy.
