Actually, it makes me a little guilty even reading these rumors after that comment "it would have broken my heart".

The guilt must be from my Catholic upbringing ;)

Maybe Apple should give people some type of time frame of when they plan to release products. Blah@his heart being broken. If it's a good product at a good price, I dont see how rumors can hurt. It is just a rumor.

I'm sure he knows it was leaked here (and elsewhere)--he wouldn't have said that without even having someone check to see if it had been leaked or not.

But it didn't count because the leak was widely disbelieved :) (No need to name names--who believed what, who said "no way." :) )

ya but teh only thing the guy had right was the iPod nano name, the looks were different then his Pic, the Mini died( never called that) and a 4gb Nano as well

Many people did not see this coming, the only rumor was a 2nd page rooms and it really had not prove behind it. Apple pulled this one off almots as good as the origanal iPod, when it just poped up out of now were!

This really brings into perspective the reasons behind apple pursuing all those lawsuits.

Poor steve, he just wants to make awesome products (and money of course) and all these rumor sites spoil the crowd shockers.
