Brand new iBook- faulty Battery?

Is this bad for a new iBook?

Full Charge Capacity (mAh): 4647
Remaining Capacity (mAh): 4634
Amperage (mA): 0
Voltage (mV): 12606
Cycle Count: 3

I only got this a few days ago...
 
what makes you think it's faulty? if you are referring to the 0 mA, that's completely normal and means that there is no current flowing to or from the battery, in other words, the battery is currently (no pun intended) neither being charged nor providing power to the system.
