Beach ball on pages or office 2011 on right click

Hi,

My macbook pro retina started to act weird lately, I keep getting beach balls crash when I right click on pages or office.

Does anyone know or had this problem and manage to solve it?
I checked my hdd and its fine and rebooted the device.

I have the same problem with my 2009 13" MBP! It's driving me crazy.😡

Let me know if you found a solution
