Hello.
I'm in an environment with xserve 2,1 running 10.7.5 server and 90 clients running 10.7.5

Software update service was working correctly and all of a sudden it stopped.
I'm in the process or rebuilding it (after downloading the files from /var I'm redownloading from Apple).

I have some updates approved and when clients connect right away I get an error "The Software Update Server (myservername) is not responding. -Network Diagnostics...- -Quit-

I'm not sure if it's something that went wrong internally or with our connection to the internet (the new IT Dir installed new web proxy; some pages don't load fully, others time out, some not available, etc and the rest of IT Dept does not have login to the proxy).

Below are the errors in console as I try to run software update:
11/8/12 1:54:00.541 PM com.apple.SecurityServer Failed to authorize right 'system.install.app-store-software' by client '/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/PackageKit.framework/Versions/A/Resources/installd' [296] for authorization created by '/System/Library/CoreServices/Software Update.app' [292]
