Adding more memory to my Windows 7 partition

So I installed bootcamp on my Mac 2012, uhm, I didn't know that I needed to add more memory to install SWTOR I thought I could just use the rest of my memory on my HDD and the Mac/Windows just shared it. Uhm so what Im asking is how can I add like 30 more gigs to my Windows 7 partition in order for me to download SWTOR? Since I only partitioned 25 gigs just enough for the Windows 7 software.
