how to get photos onto ipod nano - windows

Since Windows can't run iPhoto, how can you load pictures onto the new ipod nano on windows? What program do you use? I haven't seen a "photos" folder in the new iTunes, and I can't load any jpegs into iTunes except for cover art for a song.
