iPad Returned the Rocketfish Leatherlike case for my 4th gen. What should I buy now?

Hey all.

I returned this case because it was too expensive for what it was capable of (and that Amazon just has more selections for cheaper). Here's what I'm looking for:

• Case made of leather
• Would prefer a magnetic clip, but magnets on top is okay- like a smartcover (to be able to sleep/wake by open and close).
• Soft felt for the inside of the iPad

I just need something with good reviews, good build quality, and something I could carry around snugly in my arm or slipped into a slightly crowded backpack.

Willing to buy online for the price. All suggestions welcome!

Well, if any of you guys were curious as to what I ordered, I hopped on Amazon and ordered a rooCase Leather Folio case and a stylus to qualify for free super saver shipping.
