I didn't use the link. I used my own link and logged in, doesn't seem like there's anything wrong. So I deleted the E-mail. Stupid scammers.

I get about 20 of these a day. Of course, the link URL that you read is not the actual URL of the link, which usually takes you to some server in Korea, China, or some other place.
Personally, I wish whoever whacked that spammer in Russia not long ago would start going after these phishers.

If they don't address you by your name within the first line, then it is a scam. That's how I always tell.

I can tell because they are sending them to every email address I have. Except for the one I use for Paypal.

haha, that works, too. They'll sometimes send me five in one week and then I won't get one for two months. I haven't gotten any in a while, so I guess im overdue for some spam.

Imagine that...and here I thought all along that they had actually hacked into eBay and found a list of active members and their e-mail addresses.

This is actually the first one I got. But I've probably gotten millions, but most likely ended up in my SPAM folder (yahoo mail). I think it works pretty good, thanks yahoo. Once in a while som get through.

Duff-Man says....I got one a couple days ago - first time in a few months and like others, it was of course not sent to my Paypal address. I *always* report them to not only spoof@paypal.com but I also run them through SpamCop and report to ISP's as well....oh yeah!
