Tomorrow morning I go from the cockpit to the cabin.
I will be riding the Jet I have flown for the last 4 years, but not as a Captain, but as a passenger. This will be awesome. One of the best things? You ask!
I will have a scotch or TWO on the ride home at the end of the day!!!
Just had my best buddy (worth 20m if a dollar) just call me up to congratulate me on getting out of aviation, as Delta and Northwest prepare to dump thousands of employess in to the back of the line, the one formed by US-less air, United, Independance, and the list goes on.
I am so happy and appreciative to be in the position I am in, I could scream.
Anyway, thought some here might get a kick out of my turn-around for tomorrow. :p ;)

No offense, but if I saw your avatar sitting in the pilot's seat, I'd need a whole bottle of scotch before I rode in the cabin. Was that an "if they mated?"

Looks are deceiving!
Don't judge a book by its cover.
.....
Taking the ole canon S2 along for some pics of this flight. See ya tonight. If my spelling is worse than usual tonight, it is the scotch.

Sounds like you're going to have some fun! What aircraft did you used to fly? Was it a Citation or something? I think i remember seeing pictures of it.

Well that was a blast, saw 4 very interesting cases, 1 of which was a very rare condition.
Had a lobster roll for lunch and one for dinner.
Had a Makers Mark whiskey "neet" and a Dewars (yuck) "neet".
I look fat in the photo cause I am reclining in a non-reclining seat (and i am kinda fat too). Also the rest of our group in training.

Dr performed ERCP on all four.
First one, removed 7 stones from the Common Bile Duct.
Second, placed a metal stent in an endstage pancreatic cancer patient
Third, was a gentlman whose pancreatic duct was divided, can't remember the particulars, but the head of the pancreas was seperated from the body and tail, he replace a stent in his pancreatic duct.
Fourth was a young girl with a conjenetal defect with the bile and pancreatic ducts. She had her first ERCP as a toddler, and will have surgeries for a long time to come.
What is ERCP (http://www.gicare.com/pated/epdgs20.htm) ?

Hmm... Why did I think you were a pilot.
Or are you a pilot and you're just pretending to be a doctor to impress a girl and now you have to go through with it because of some situational complexities of which I cannot go into here? I hate it when that happens. :(

I forget your other thread (and too lazy to search), but you were a pilot, and now you're a......doctor?
Wait...are you that guy from "Catch Me If You Can"?
