How Do I Get Rid of iCloud Safari Tabs from iOS Devices that no Longer Exist?

I've restored my iPhone and iPad to iOS and for some reason my iCloud tabs in any Safari state open tabs from my:

1. MacBook Air
2. iPhone
3. iPad
4. iPhone (Prior to restore)
5. iPad (prior to restore)

How can I get rid of 4 and 5, seeing as they've been restored and no longer exist? It's small, but figured i'd ask.
