Memory upgrade for powerbook G4

Hi all,

I am looking at upgrading the memory on my Powerbook G4 12 inch 1ghz, 512mb just isn't cutting it anymore .

Also my friend with a 15in 1.5Ghz powerbook is interested in this, will it work with his?
