10.7 Mail server - mailing lists..

I'm having some problems trying to use mailing lists (using them for email distribution groups)

I can set the mailing lists up and send messages to them but htey get held for moderation, when I log into the mailing list admin panel I accept the email and click accept, the page refreshes but the email doesn't get released..

Has anyone else experienced this?
