Hi Guys Gals,
new to the forum.
I was able to launch my first application onto the App Store this week. It's absolutely thrilling to see the downloads etc - I am constantly checking Itunes connect for sale trends etc.
Being in South Africa and having an opportunity to get something out globally is very special. I from what I have been able to gather there aren't many developers in Africa. This should change in the next few years, hopefully.
If anyone was interested I have included a link to my App Poo Tracker - Track your poo here
https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/poo-tracker-track-your-poo!/id559841028?mt=8
In Africa the market is growing every day and developers like us need to take that oppotunity as some of the applications we create can truly be of benefit to people. If you have any thoughts on how some applications can benefit communities in Africa, share them here.
