I can't post a new thread?

I just tried to post a new thread in the Marketplace and got a vBul error saying that I couldn't and that my account may need re-activation. I requested the email but it said that my account is already activated. I have been able to post in the Marketplace before, so what's going on here?

PS: If it helps, my ISP is Verizon DSL

Arn, could the Sticky post at the top of the Marketplace forum be modified so that its title contains the phrase "(READ THIS BEFORE POSTING!)" or something similar? The 100 post requirement is really not that easy to find if you're not looking for it.
