my LIKE NEW 17" powerbook 1.67ghz, 1.512gb ram, 100gb hd, 128vram
for an even trade of
a maxed out 12" 1.5ghz powerbook(in good condition) w/ a 20" apple display or $800
I lose about $100 in the trade but would deffinatley do it for reason of conveniance if the other persons computer and screen were in good condition.
Let me know your thoughts and comments and if you think this is fair. Thanks!

It really depends on your needs.. I'd prefer the latter tho.. carrying 17" around is too cumbersome.

I would much rather have the 12" PB+Display,though I do LOVE the 17" PB's.

I can't even imagine how cumbersome a 17" would be to carry around. I'd definitely do the screen + 12". In fact when the intels come out that's exactly what i'm going to upgrade to. I have a 15" and it's not that bad but gets tiresome after carrying it around for a while. A 12" is a breeze to move around and easy to take notes with.

It's not that cumbersome, actually. Only when your laptop space is too small. Like an aircraft carrier in a pond.
