I have my powerbook up on ebay..auction (http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=5811559181&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&rd=1) Do you think it is fairly priced or likely that someone will bid with the starting price of $2500?

Don't get me wrong I'm not saying you're dodgy - but come on how many posts do you actually have here at the moment about this notebook I count 4 is that all?'
Edit: Wow just found number 5 - go the spam! :)

Its a little high. Actually its listed for $2600?? New ones are $2699. And a refurb model with full 1 year warranty is $2299. So yes it is too high.

Yes, it is too expensive.
Also, if you want the top dollar on ebay, you need to post lots of personal pictures of the Powerbook. People want to see the actual machine they are buying.

Ripoff! You're selling it for a higher price than you got it for, and on top of that, the 'buy it now' price is the same as a sealed PB? WTF???
Not only did you not use it for what apple gave you a discount for, but now you want to profit from their discount?!
All this because it has a $100 stick of ram in it???

Yeah I don't think you'll get any bids on that one. If I was looking for a PB, I'd pay 2500 for that one shipped, at the most.

Lmao, who would buy it now when they can get a new sealed one from Apple at that price. I realize you have the more RAM and some extras, but I can guarantee that someone would still rather buy new and sealed from Apple.

I'd be surprised if you got two bids at that price.

i would not buy it. too high. bring it down to $0.99 and let it go from there. cheaper ebay fees also. ;)

I would start bidding at $2000 and have a buy it now of $2400-$2500.
BTW: I hate ebayers that post the stock pics. When I sold two phones on Ebay, I used my own pics and they were very good. I sold one phone in 12 hours with buy it now and the other in 24 hours with buy it now. Stock photos convey the sense that the seller is trying to hide something.

I'll give you $3000 right now, and I'll pay for shipping.
Oh, but dont forget the $2000 penalty charge for too many posts. We are now down to $1000 even.

JC Christ on a popsicle stick, will you just keep the freaking thing or put it at a 2000.00 price where it will actually sell and buy a 15"??
Geebus I'm tired of your whining about a freaking computer like this.
