Does anyone know if it is possible to install a DVD option into the original Blueberry clamshell using a drive from a Graphite or Lime model?

Bump.
PBFixIt.com (http://www.pbfixit.com/Guide/49.7.0.html) Lists optical drive replacements for all Clamshells with firewire. The rev A and B's sans firewire don't have the ability to take a DVD drive, as far as I know.
You can find newer iBooks with combo drives for under 500, and likely around 300 with DVD/CD drive, if you want a bottem of the line iBook.
Try LowendMac.com (http://www.lowendmac.com/ibook/index.shtml) to search. You can also search their site for info on upgradeing a Clamshell to DVD.

By the way, while the substution cypher you use is old as the hills, could you post a link to an automatic encoder/decoder application. I know what it says, but if you are using an application please (pl33z) post it. If not, I'll just have to code my own.

The cypher I use is known as "LOL" created by the D-Gs. It is created using the "A.S.T.A Thread" encoder. It is well known with a few others as well.
