Hello, I just updated to Snow Leopard. I was running dual monitors just fine, but now I have a problem. I can get the second monitor to display my desktop but when I go to Arrangment the screens do not show up at all. Just a blank white area, I am able to get them to Mirror, but the option for Extend does not appear. It's very strange to me as it obviously recognizes my second monitor but just wont let me drag anything to it or arrange the two monitors. I have attached a screenshot of what I see. As you can see I have no option for Extended, just Mirror. Please help, im going crazy over here. Thanks.

What Mac model; what exact version of Snow Leopard; what are the monitors?

Have you pressed the "Gather Windows" and "Detect Displays" buttons?

Normally, when you open the Displays Preference pane, you get two preference windows, one in each screen, where you can configure each window separately.
