Locate Mailboxes, other application data in 10.7.4

I'm recovering data from a corrupt OS 10.7.4 drive in a '09 MacBook, using a Mac Pro running OS 10.6.8 with Data Rescue 3. Most of the user data was easy to find and recover but I'm unsure of what (and where to find) Mail data I will need to restore four Mail accounts, complete with mailboxes and smart mailboxes, in four user accounts.

Also, I'd like to recover serial numbers, registration info and setup preferences for the applications. Where would these be found? Possible to just copy over applications and related files?

Trying to make sure I don't miss anything. Thanks in advance for any help.

Mail should be in:
/Users/User name/Library/Mail

Most of the Serials and preferences are in:

/Users/User Name/Library/Preferences

BUT, there are NOT always located there, they could be anywhere but mostly in:

/Users/User Name/Library/
Or
/Users/User Name/Library/Application Support

they could also be in the main Library.

If you can you should back up all users Home folders + the main Library.

*User Name* is the name of each User on the Mac.

Thanks! That's a big help since I'm working on the recovery from a different OS.
