This is from last week, but I did a search and didn't find anything.

From Apple:

If you purchased an iPod or iPod mini in Canada between December 13, 2003 and December 21, 2004, you may be eligible for a refund of the Canadian Private Copying Levy that was applied to the iPod purchase price. During that time period, an iPod with up to 10GB was levied $15.00 and an iPod with over 10GB was levied $25.00.

I just sent mine in. Apple says it will take 4-6 weeks for them to mail me a check though.
