I could use some help...
I get batches of tiff files that I convert to pdf.
Now I want to capture the pdf files so I can copy and paste the text.
I have been using Acrobat pro to capture, but I can only do one at a time.
Does anyone know of software that will convert 60 documents at a time without having to save each one individually?

Or maybe a program that can take the tiff files and convert them to captured pdf's?

Thanks

Let me get this straight...

You want to take a rasterised image, i.e. a TIFF and extract the text from it? You will need OCR software to do so.

Acrobat Pro does have batch processing but I'm not sure what you mean by 'capture'.

Edit: Oh... OK. I'm a fool. After looking at Acrobat a little more indepth, I now get what you mean.

Why can't you use Acrobat's batch processing?

Don't bother with Google. Use Acrobat's Help (Complete Help) and search within for the word 'batch' to get the low-down on batch processing...
