Good Day!

I have decided to upgrade my 2009 early model iMac and hopefully I can use for few more years.
Now I am facing some configuration issues on the SSD where I would like to use as OS hard disk for both Mac & Windows 7.

iMac spec:
Intel Duo Core 2.93
iMac 9,1
Mountain Lion 10.8.2

Upgrades:
*Ram--Replaced to 4GX2 1066MHz
*Optical drive--Replaced with Crucial V4 128GB by using 3rd party enclosure
*HDD--Replaced with WD Green 2TB

I have partitioned HDD in 1TB:1TB for Mac:Windows 7 as data hard disk.
I have partitioned SSD in 87GB:45GB for Mac:Windows 7 as OS disk.

Status on Mac:
I guess it works fine.

I have cloned my "User" folder to HDD; "Systems", "Apps" and "Library" cloned to SSD.

After installing app called "Trim enabler" to enable TRIM, and tested with Blackmagic speed test, the starting up speed around 30s, test on data read:220MB/s & write: 190MB/s.

Is the HDD and SSD on correct settings??
What other settings should I do??

Status on Windows 7:
This is on disastrous status.

I have installed 64 bit Ultimate version and drivers installed successfully by the assistance from super nice guys in this forum.
However, the OS running speed is disaster.

I have checked the SSD in running at around 33MB/s on read and below 20MB/s on write.
It says on "AS SSD Benchmark", the pciide on RED and says bad condition now. The disk align is on 2MB rather than 4KB which most of user recommend.

I have heard some users say it is necessary to configure SSD on Windows.
Apparently, key words like "AHCI", "4KB alignment"....etc.

How should I resolve this problem?
How can I speed up on Windows side?

Thanks in advanced for precious comments!!
