Hello,

I recently got a Mid 2012 MacBookPro 13" with a Thunderbolt port.

Can i use a Mini Display - VGA/HDMI/DVI cable to connect to my 26" LED monitor?

You sure can. Although make sure your monitor doesn't need a dual-link DVI connector.

Yep, if you have HDMI that will work no problem. The iWires cable is fairly cheap, and will be more reliable than the crap you get on eBay :).
