Numbers for iPad

I need a good excel editor that will open big excel files(10mb).
I have numbers on my MacBook but I work with a Dell at work. I can upload my spreads to iCloud and then download onto iPad. I just want to know if I can view and edit the docs on the iPad, them reupload them to iCloud.
