Upload to a server using dreamweaver

im trying to upload my website to my server with dreamweaver but it wont work. i entered everything in manage site and still nothing. can anyone help me??

you can always just download an ftp client such as smart ftp (http://www.smartftp.com)

Also make sure whether the server you are transfering to is running "SFTP" or "FTP" protocols. If the server is "SFTP" or Secure File Transfer Protocol it sometimes won't except "FTP" tranfers. There is a check box in Advanced Options under Manage Sites in Dreamweaver.

I use dreamweaver but sometimes it does not work when u want to upload with certain servers??? I uploaded with dreamweaver but when it does not work, I use Cyberduck and it's for mac osX and its for free and it kicks butt! You can download it at http://cyberduck.ch/
I now only use dreamweaver to make my code work faster (rollovers etc,) but I upload everything with cyberduck now. I am a convert.

Believe me, it is GREAT! Try it first.. I believe you will like it too. :)
