I have the new ipad 4 retina. I was wondering is it normal to hear a rattle noise when touched/tapped by the camera on the back? I have noticed this with the iPhone 4S. Thanks

Yes, it's the camera rattling in there. I haven't tapped on my Mini, but I'd bet it's there. All of my iPhones since the 4 have all made slight rattling noise.

It comes from the sleep/on/off button.

Same happens with the mini and all the new iphones. I think it is a serious quality control issues.
