Not sure if this is old news but after much fruitless interweb searching for an iPod Nano for my cousin last week, we strolled into the Apple Store yesterday and they had boxes and boxes of 4GB models, black or white versions.

Had to queue for a while and I was worried we'd get to the front and they'd all be gone (it was crazily busy) but they had loads. The Apple Store is still saying 1-2 weeks for delivery but this should not be the case on this evidence.

I didn't check the accessories so couldn't say.

Hector: They were literally opening boxes and boxes of the things behind the counter. It was a nano-frenzy!

Closest tube to the Regent Street store is Oxford Circus ;) and beware the crazy preacher!!

Oxford Circus tube is about 55 seconds walk away. (i.e. less than one minute)

When you get out, face south (a compass [or sextant] is handy at this point) and the black pirate apple flag is right in front of you, about 40 meters away.

look more closely at the map... it'll tell you where not to bother looking for nano tubes!
