Well... honestly I'd have to say it's a cross between the two. But I guess I could argue there's a distinct enough ridge around the rim that you could call it an outtie. So I'll be the first to represent that crowd.

He had one...but something happened with they clipped the cord, or they didn't take care of it or something, and it ended up healing over, so there's just a big scar where it should be. Maybe he's been lying to me, and plugs up his belly button with make up and stuff and tells people that. Wouldn't put it past him. He's a crazy guy.
