Where can I find information on basic Mac stuff like moving files, file path extensions, creating new folders, etc. I'm new to mac and since they don't provide manuals makes it tough to learn all the things you guys have known for years.

Welcome to the forum! Trust me this is one of the best place for Mac knowledge. Ask anything and *pop* you get the answer ;)

Here at the forums, of course... :)
Or Apple Support (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=51908) (here represented with the glossary).
Or you could get a book. The missing manual (http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/0596009410/ref=pd_bbs_null_1/002-9175855-9242441?v=glance&s=music) is usually recommended.
Or MacOSXhints (http://www.macosxhints.com/) - the only "other" Mac forums you'll ever need... ;)

Thanks. I have used this forum in the past week and everyone here is great. It's frustrating coming from the Microsoft world and into the Mac world where the assumption is that you already know things.
