I'm using CS2 & CS 3 now on Leopard and thinking about upgrading this software and my OS. I saw an open box copy of CS5 "upgrade from CS2/CS3" on amazon for $600. Would an "upgrade from cs2/3" version run ok on ML? or would it still need Rosetta in Leopard/SL?
Any experience with 'open box' from Amazon?

Adobe CS5 runs fine on ML, but I would pass on an open box as you have no way of knowing if that copy has already been activated. You may end up with software you can't use.
