I downloaded Windows Media Player 10 to my Powermac because I need that in order to listen to XM radio online.

It saves into my "downloads" window. When I double-click on it nothing happens. When I try to drag it into my applications, it won't let me drag it. Can anyone help?

If I remember correctly Windows Media Player for Mac comes as a .sitx file. You need Stuffit Expander to expand the .sitx archive.

And if you have 10.4, good luck with that one! I finally had to physically unplug my ethernet cable from the back of my iMac to get it to expand properly!!

Serious, I have had no problems with mine. Are you running the latest Stuffit?

I have stuffit 8.x (iMac G5), 9.x (PowerBook), and 10.x (Power Mac G5) they all work perfectly with Tiger.

Ditto on Stuffit working fine under Tiger. Ditto on there being no WMP10 on Mac AFAIK.... 🙁

I downloaded stuffit and it won't install correctly (I have Tiger)

It's hard for us to help if we don't get more details. Try to picture what we need to help you identify the issue. If you're not sure what's important, give as much detail as possible. What did you do when you installed, what happened when you did what you did, were there any error messages?
