2 of the largest prime numbers yet discovered were verified in 1 week. A new distributed computing project created at the University of Michigan called Seventeen or Bust, found the primes.

The two newest primes are:

44131*2^995972+1

65567*2^1013803+1

Sounds like another cool project. No Mac client yet. Just Windows, Linux, BeOS, and FreeBSD.

Plainly put...I'm sick and tire of your ****y responses to things you don't care about. ;)

In all seriousness if you don't care about it don't read or post on the subject. Some of us find this interesting.

Thanks for posting this I do find this junk interesting.

As others have said... please ignore posts you aren't interested in. This particular post was placed in the proper location, and many do find it interesting.

In the end, there is always your personal "ignore list" if you very much don't like the topics a specific person is posting.

And regardless... try to be nice.
