WWII Online and iShock

At my Apple Store I sold a copy of WWII Online and and iShock 2 to a customer. He is having problems setting it up and I have never played the game. The game reconizes his controller because everytime he moves the joystick his car goes left. I was just curious if anyone can give me and him some help on calibrating this thing. i went to the website and that key mapper looks like the most complicated thing i have ever seen in a game,lol. thanks.
