actually this is the first time I've write looking 4 help , So Pleas advice me
i am up to change the country region, But when i did the steps there is a message says:
You have a store credit balance, you must spend your balance before you can change stores!
the problem is that the balance is lowest than any app.
it is 0.17 i couldn't find any app to spend it!
looking for your help please
