Hello Ola Hola,
Post your finding of universities that have undergrad and post grad programs in learning digital video, audio, and multimedia which uses Macs. Or one or the other, or something that meets that criteria. This question comes up often amongst those new to digital media, and hopefully this can serve as a resource. Cool,
My submission:
UW Center for Digital Arts and Experimental Media (http://www.washington.edu/dxarts/index.php)
PowerBook required! (First time I ever heard that!)
Classes in FCP, making digital music, PHP/MYSQL, and more in this cool program. Degree offerings of BFA and PhD.

SAE Institute. They have loads of colleges all over the world and offer diplomas and degree courses in:
Digital Film
Multimedia
3D animation
Audio (SAE recently bought AMS Neve - the console makers)
They also use Macs exclusively - in fact I think they are special partners with Apple & you can get good deals on Apple stuff if you are a student

All education facilities in the UK at FE or above have a discount scheme with Apple, you have to log in via the College's network to get the really good discounts though.
(Logic for £270 anyone?)...

Western Washington University has a pretty good Design program. Three areas of concentration to choose from: Graphic Design, New Media, and Design Production. As part of the learning process you get to have on-site, hands on learning of spot/cmyk printing, press checks, paper, all on a Heilderberg printer. :D We've been told that we are unique to have such a diverse learning facility/programs.

The University of Nebraska at Omaha (http://www.unomaha.edu) might fit the bill. Check out the various programs offered by the College of Communication, Fine Arts and Media, particularly the School of Communication's New Media broadcasting sequence (and for that matter the Broadcast News sequence, also a Mac affair. The Director of the School, who is a broadcasting faculty member, has a Mac, for what it's worth) and the Intermedia program in the Department of Art and Art History (mostly Mac, I think).
