I received this unit a long while ago from a nice lady letting go of her husband who passed away as it was his hobby. I got a truckload of old stuff but 2 non branded macintoshes were in there totally looking like 128's. I got them turned on and booted them up and saw 512 in the finder and thought darn upgraded. Then someone mentioned the apple on the back was not normal that's when the fun insued yesterday.
I work nights and after getting all excited I went to bed. When I woke up so many flooded me with information on what I might have I took pictures to share them. I decided to post it here also as to if nothing more excite collectors.
Apparently during development they really didn't try and make a 128. It was a 512 that they tooled down software requirements to fit the Mac.
